You go downst...Every house should have a basement. You go downstairs, scream at the top of your lungs and instantly feel so much better! Silly, too, but maybe that's part of it. It gets the kids' attention, too, and they temporarily knock off whatever the hell it was that was so irritating that caused you to scream in the first place.
