Bliss and Chaos has morphed from a therapy-session recommended outlet for a crazed working mom, to a blog about anything and everything, including a lifestyle change that helps me manage all the bliss and chaos that comes with being a mom. Now I find bliss after a hard run, a long bike ride, or an hour in the pool. And that bliss keeps me sane, un-medicated and present for my family, those that mean more to me than any medal, age group place or physical accomplishment I make.
